I was hoping you could tell me your deepest, darkest secrets. Or maybe just how I can help you with your lifting, CrossFit or gym journey.

I know how intimidating reaching out can be, so let me help you with how our first call will go.

First, we will introduce ourselves, and you will tell me a little about yourself. Then maybe a little about me and what I offer. Discuss what you are looking for and hopefully develop a plan to help your progress.

Reminder: there is no pressure or expectations from these calls; it is very much like a first date. You suss out whether you like them and what I have to offer, and I contemplate if I feel we will be a great match and can foster a lovely relationship together.
